Zappos did it first but endless does it better.

I love endless so much I have to force myself NOT to go to the website cause it could easily bankrupt me. I'm not kidding. I love me some shoes and endless never leaves me without a plethora of options. Handbags too. Top 10 Things I Love About endless:

1. Free shipping. Overnight 99% of the time. Perfect for last minute shoes of desperation. Also means you can place orders separately on the same day without penalty.
2. Free returns for up to 365 days. They give you a return label, you pop it in the mail, and no shipping charges are subtracted from your refund.
3. Great selection. Nice mix of brand new stuff and sale items. I have upon occasion found other colors and cheaper prices elsewhere, but endless is always a place to start.
4. Filters, filters, filters. Zappos only lets you search by one criteria and the search is slow and clunky. endless is super easy to navigate and lets you filter by style, color, price, heel height, and/or brand. Plus it's easy to look at one item and go back to your main search.
5. Every item can be looked at from about 5 different views (including the bottom) and up close. Very complete descriptions and most items have customer reviews, which I find extremely helpful.
6. The "Save for Later" feature is great. I can assemble a want list and look at all my options later. Even weeks or months later. Your list is updated when an item is no longer available. You can also request an email if your size becomes available again.
7. As everyone else has noted, great customer service. I've never had to contact endless about a return but I did email them a question about handbag dimensions over the summer and received a prompt, polite and thorough response.
8. If you have an amazon.com account it will link up, making checkout faster and easier.
9. Endless also offers men's shoes, kids shoes, and some other accessories (ie belts, sunglasses).
10. Sometimes you can find colors and styles on the endless website that are no longer available on the main brand website (I have found this to be the case with Nine West and Tignanello).

Only possible complaint is that you can't do a proper exchange of items. You must return the unwanted items and place another order for the new one. Small complaint though and they literally apologize for the inconvenience on the website.

With endless there is practically no need to leave the house to shop for shoes and handbags. Quite simply, endless rocks!
